I couldn't wait to capture these happy images for this great family. Visiting with them is always such a treat!

Positive, humble, entirely down to earth and a daughter with wisdom way beyond her years. She has a smashing personality, not to mention she is utterly adorable.

Baby Girl

I haven't blogged black & white for a while. How about 6 pounds of pure sweetness? ...a brand new baby girl...

*sigh* She is just so entirely adorable and so loved.

Yellow Weeds

I am going to be in soooo much trouble with my husband (encouraging my son to plant more dandelions)! Shhh...

Oh wait, does it look like we really try to eliminate the yellow weeds? Somehow I don't think he will notice another hundred dandelions! Hehe.

Refreshed

I'm back home and refreshed! We met so many great people during our travels, even if they couldn't help but chuckle just a teeny bit under their breath at the way we talk. :-P

Our beach umbrella didn't blow away this year but I do think our sunscreen was expired.







If y'all can bear with me until the end of this week, I promise I will get back to you by Friday! Even though the apple blossoms aren't blooming, I'm happy to be home. The sunshine in Duluth this morning was a nice treat. We set up the trampoline last night (shhh, don't tell the neighbor kids). Ha!

A Little Escape

There is a family ocean adventure calling my name! I will be escaping from my keyboard for a brief time. ...and when I return, please promise me...the apple trees will be blooming, ok? I love those colorful. fragrant blossoms.
